DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in the Authen::ExternalAuth
extension for RT, which can be exploited by malicious people to
bypass certain security restrictions.

The vulnerability is caused due to an error when handling the URLs of
RSS feeds and can be exploited to gain a logged-in session of a user
hosting a RSS feed.

The vulnerability is reported in versions 0.10 and prior.
