Software Description: - gnupg: GNU privacy guard - a free PGP replacement Details: USN-3733-1 fixed a vulnerability in GnuPG. This update provides the corresponding update for Ubuntu 12.04 ESM. Original advisory details: Daniel J. Bernstein, Joachim Breitner, Daniel Genkin, Leon Groot Bruinderink, Nadia Heninger, Tanja Lange, Christine van Vredendaal, and Yuval Yarom discovered that GnuPG is vulnerable to a cache side- channel attack. A local attacker could use this attack to recover RSA private keys.
