What about those BBS's what somehow filter out the blocked Caller ID calls?

Simple, and AT&T (or your carrier of choice by code) has handled it
legally for you. It might cost an extra 2 cents or something, but what
the hell.

Just dial a long distance access code, like AT&T's 10288 before you call.

I'll probably end up making this method not work once the telco catches on
to their own idiot errors.. but hey...
