It had the same seq as the message I sent. this command is mirabilis saying "you are actually offline, why are you talking to me?" You also get it if you don't ack a packet after three tries. Mirabilis sends that packet and it means you are now offline, just in case you're listening. Just how different is the v4 protocol anyway? A friend and I put together a completely functional (except for chat and files) icq close using ncurses and now Qt, but it uses v2, how hard will it be to move to v4? And does anyone know if mirabilis ever *does* plan on releasing a version for X...that would solve a lot of the problems with stupid java. ===================================================== The "unoffical, not-sponsored-by-Mirabilis-one-bit" ICQ Clone Development List From graham@modemcable211.173.mmtl.videotron.net Sat Jun 13 10:43:29 1998 Date: Wed, 10 Jun 1998 18:02:47 -0400 (EDT) From: Graham Roff Reply-To: icq-devel@tjsgroup.com To: icq-devel@tjsgroup.com Subject: Re: [ICQdev] Server reply > When I have sent my logon request, I get the command 64 00 as reply.
