1. Change the IP address in the line that says "if (ip == '206.186.23.178') {" to the IP address of the
person that you want to keep out. The best way to find out their IP address is to send them an E-mail
and copy their address when the send a reply.
2. Change the URL in the line that says {location.href="http://www4.ncsu.edu/~jkwilli2/hell.html" } to a URL
where you want the person to be sent when they enter your site (if you want, that is).
3. Put the script in a file with an extension of .shtml, because the script uses Server Side Includes. 
4. Or, if you don't have SSI, then simply use this script with the javascript "get ip addy" script that you
already got.  I have it set up so that you just need to incorporate this into the "ip addy/host name" script....put it at the end
of that one but before </script>...and of course take out the <script> and <script lang.=javascript> from this one.
