Thanks to Kris Katterjohn for writing a shell script using awk and wget to grab the latest files from Packet Storm utilizing the xml feeds. Grab it here. He has also written a great script that converts the News Headlines (XML feed) into an HTML page (with links) using wget and awk. It's available here.
